Selling on Genius Marketplace is simple, secure, and rewarding—but we take marketplace integrity seriously. Please review and follow these rules to keep your seller account in good standing. Violations may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
Listing Rules

Provide Accurate, Helpful Listings
Clearly describe what you’re selling, including features, delivery details, account limitations, and anything a buyer should know. Avoid exaggerations, false claims, or irrelevant text. Misleading listings may lead to suspension. -
No Duplicate Listings
Don’t post multiple listings for the same product. If you have multiple similar accounts/items, list them properly under the same offer (when available) instead of duplicating posts. -
No Misleading Titles or Descriptions
Do not include claims like “lifetime warranty” or “full access” unless they’re true. Accuracy is required to maintain buyer trust. -
Disclose Limitations Clearly
If there are restrictions (example: region-locked purchases, email can’t be changed immediately, platform limitations), disclose them upfront in the listing. -
No Listing Manipulation
Any attempt to manipulate visibility (keyword stuffing, spam text, misleading tags) is prohibited and may result in suspension.
General Account Rules

Only Sell Full-Access Accounts
Sellers must provide full account access, including the associated email login when required. Shared, rented, or partial-access accounts are not allowed. -
Account Protection Period
Eligible account purchases include a protection period. If the account is not as described, becomes inaccessible, or is banned during this period, the buyer may be eligible for a refund per our Buyer Protection process. -
Account Recovery Is Prohibited
Recovering an account after a sale is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate, permanent suspension. Buyers are entitled to permanent ownership of what they purchase. -
Responsibility Beyond the Protection Period
If an issue arises after the protection period, Genius Marketplace may review the case. Sellers may still be held responsible where evidence shows misrepresentation, recovery attempts, or rule violations. -
No Unauthorized Access After Sale
Once sold, sellers must not log into, modify, or attempt to recover the account unless the buyer explicitly requests help. -
Illegal Accounts Are Not Allowed
Hacked, stolen, botted, or otherwise illegally obtained accounts/items are strictly forbidden. -
Instant Delivery Must Be Accurate
If you advertise instant delivery, you must provide complete and correct details so the buyer can access their purchase immediately. -
Use Recognized Email Domains (Recommended)
For security, we recommend using trusted email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo). If you use another provider, make sure it’s secure and include the correct login link/instructions for the buyer.
Game-Specific Rules
Fortnite
• Clearly state which platforms the account can be linked to (Xbox, PlayStation, PC, etc.).
• Include any important safety guidance (example: avoid contacting the game publisher about ownership changes).
• If the email can’t be changed immediately, disclose this and provide access to the linked email.
Valorant
• List accounts in the correct rank category (Iron under Iron, etc.).
• Ranks must reflect the current season.
• Accounts leveled with cheats or illegal software are prohibited.
GTA 5
• Specify the platform (Rockstar, PS5, Epic Games, etc.).
• Mention the game version (example: Expanded and Enhanced).
• If selling FiveM accounts, disclose that GTA 5 is required.
OSRS and RS3
• Provide recovery info when available (recovery questions, original email, old passwords).
• Disclose bans, offenses, or risky activity in the description.
Call of Duty
• Clearly specify the game version and linked platforms.
• Remove unnecessary login methods where possible and provide full access to any linked accounts that remain.
League of Legends
• Accounts must be listed in the correct rank category.
• Ranks must reflect the current season.
• Disclose any offenses on the account.
• Accounts with offensive usernames cannot be sold.
